We’re a couple from Chile in our 30’s looking for a granny flat/studio/apartment to live in the Gold Coast.

We’re both very clean and we’re mostly looking for some peace a quiet to rest after our long hours of work.

We like having a bbq or dinner with friends every now and then.

We have a budget of $500-$550/week but we could put the efforts to go a little higher for the perfect place to live (depending of the space and the location of the place).

Also, it’s important to mention that we’re looking for a place LONG TERM. Could be up to a year or more.
