Hello Everyone!!

My name is Stephanie, and I'm a Canadian currently living and working in Australia on a Working Holiday Visa.

I'm looking for a furnished room in Sydney from September 14. I'm open to anywhere in Sydney or surrounding areas for the right home and the right people!! My budget is around $200–$400 per week.

A little about me:

I'm 30 years old and have a professional background in business administration and legal administration, having worked in law firms and professional offices in Vancouver, Canada. Over the past year, I've been living and working on Hamilton Island in Queensland, where I shared staff accommodation with other residents. It was a fantastic experience, and I've always had positive, respectful relationships with the people I've lived with. Living in shared accommodation for over a year has taught me the importance of being considerate, clean, easy to communicate with, and respectful of everyone's space! Of course :)

I've spent the past year working in hospitality in Australia and absolutely fallen in love with Sydney and the Australian lifestyle. My long-term goal is to build a life in Sydney and eventually stay in Australia permanently if possible.

As a housemate, I'm clean, respectful, reliable, and easy to live with. I genuinely take pride in looking after my space and keeping common areas tidy. I'm financially responsible, pay rent on time, and value open communication and consideration for others.

I'm social, friendly, and love getting to know people, but I'm also very independent and respectful of personal space. I'm equally happy having a chat over dinner or keeping to myself after a busy day.

I would be comfortable living with professionals, other housemates, couples, or a family with children. I’m mature, trustworthy, and appreciate a calm, welcoming home environment. I don't smoke, I'm respectful of household routines, and I'm the type of person who treats a home as if it were my own.
