Meirah and Emilie

Hi everyone!

We (Emilie and Meirah) are two friends currently on the hunt for a sharehouse around the inner west and are looking to team up with 1-2 new housemates. We've been living together in a house in Ashfield but have to find somewhere new.

😊📖 Our vibe: We're both students, with various side gigs, so it's fair to say we have our individual routines. Nonetheless, we love getting together a couple of nights a month, sharing a meal or very occasionally throwing parties together! We really value cleanliness throughout the home (definitely shoes off household) and are considerate of each other's space and resources.

✨Your vibe: We're looking for someone who is clean (and can stick to a cleaning roster), doesn't smoke and is happy to contribute to the house community. Ideally you're in your 20s to 30s and have experience living in sharehouses. Must be LGBTQ friendly and pro Palestine/politically aware. Unfortunately, we cannot take on another pet.

🏠🗓 Where/when to move: We're currently on the hunt for four-bedroom houses anywhere in the inner west, with a greenspace and a good location near public transport.

Who you'll be living with:

🐉Emilie (she/her, 29) - I’m studying traditional Chinese medicine full time and working casually.
In my free time I enjoy spending time in nature, cooking yummy vegan things, practicing yoga, reading and doing artsy things. I am a morning person and will usually be up early, so prefer a quiet night at home over going out.
My dog Rhonda (7yo, greyhound) spends most of her time napping. She is very quiet and keeps to herself most of the time (not friendly with other animals but loves people)!

🦁Meirah (she/her, 25) I work casually at Macpac and am studying Medical Science at Used. I love camping, bushwalking and general outdoor plant time. I also love to bake biscuits and sourdough bread. I am a crafty gal and hop between knitting, crochet, painting and sewing. I love spending time with my housemates - chatting about our days, cooking together, doing little yoga classes with Emilie, watching a movie or some parallel play.
