I'm looking for a lease takeover for either a 1-bedroom, or a studio with enough space for a study area, as I do most of my work from home. I'm looking widely across the south-east areas of Melbourne, and can be fairly flexible on a move-in date.

Must-haves: off-road car parking, internal laundry, and either a courtyard or balcony that gets some direct sunlight.
