I’m a friendly and responsible tenant who is looking to move in January 2027 either in Sydney/Melbourne and is working a part-time admin job. I like to keep to myself at times, but also love to have a good chat during the day and to be a helping hand around the house! I value living in a place that is cozy, comfortable, clean and that keeps noise low during weekday early mornings/late nights to maintain a good work/life routine.
