I’m an assistant nurse (AIN) who’s studying and working towards becoming an occupational therapist!! Im looking for a minimum 3 months rental, but depending on where I decide to complete my bachelor’s i may stay in bris for another year (extend past 3 months) I’m very tidy and like a clean place, and am respectful of other people’s boundaries around the house and personal life, and expect the same (: I am used to taking care of the house and my own space and items, and following a cleaning roster, but I’m always happy to help out others when needed as much as I can. I’m usually quite hands on and like taking up projects and fixing things around the house. I’m very communication focused and address things quickly when I believe things could become a big issue, but I also understand that we’re only human, so I only do it in a respectful and collaborative manner. I’m happy to live with animals as long as they are trained, I myself don’t have any and don’t plan on having one for a long time. I am pretty open minded to who I live with, all I ask is that there is clear communication, respect, and privacy given (which I obviously will give in return).
