Hi there, im looking for 1 bedroom with space for a desk and aircon (bad sleeper in summer), inner west preferred, 2-3 person household ideally. Flexible on move in.
- ideally able to give 2-3 weeks notice.

I work 9-5, so not home during the day and keep the place tidy.

I've lived with housemates and on my own, so I know how to share a space without being in your way.

Outside of work I make music (headphones on, always) and generally keep things pretty low-key - gym, reading, gaming etc
