Hi there.
I am a 27-year-old South African, and I work as an auditor at an accounting firm in the city. I enjoy sports and play rugby (union). I am very used to shared living arrangements, having been at a termly boarding school from a young age. I have also lived in university residences, shared rental properties and individual rentals before.
I am looking for somewhere clean and reasonably quiet as work keeps me pretty busy and I will also be starting to study towards my professional qualification (CA) shortly. I am also always happy to have a quick chat and would enjoy a friendly environment around the home.
I am very flexible on the move-in date and location. Ideally, just want somewhere within a 40 minute (door-to-door) commute to my office in the city.
