Hey! I'm Faiyad, looking for a spot in Melbourne. I am currently studying Juris Doctor at Unimelb, so I'm pretty busy during the day, but always down to hang out when schedules align. I'm clean (like actually clean, not 'I'll do dishes eventually' clean), respectful of shared spaces, and believe communication is key when it comes to bills, noise, and fridge territory.
Outside of work/uni, I'm into [2-3 genuine interests – gym, cooking, gaming, reading, whatever], so I'm either out doing my thing or chilling at home. I'm social but also respect people's space and quiet time – basically won't be that person blasting music at 2 am or hosting ragers on a Tuesday.
Looking for somewhere long-term where I can actually settle in and vibe with my housemates. If you're looking for someone reliable who pays rent on time and isn't going to create drama, then I am your guy!
