I want housemates who cleans and likes to keep the house clean. Pets are allowed, friends and family coming by are allowed, quiet time is 10 p.m, but can be considered in some circumstances, can work with each other in solving internal problems among housemates peacefully, and has a house rules and a cleaning roster that is followed by all inhabitants of the house.
All that is written above is also what i would do as your housemate.
