Hi everyone!
I’m relocating from Bris to Canberra to start a full-time role at ANU from Jan to June - looking for a house/townhouse to live in for that duration.

A bit about me:

Mid 20s , Non-smoker, love exercise and the outdoors, respectful, creative, pretty social and tidy (bit of a clean-freak!)
... Generally an early sleeper / early riser - not a huge drinker but can also be keen for a household that occasionally hosts parties on weekends etc.

I’m ideally looking for:

A sharehouse or townhouse that is usually quiet after 10pm on weekdays
2 - 5 housemates, ideally not nightshift workers etc
A clean, well-ventilated home (i got mad asthma)
A place with good natural sunlight and, ideally, some outdoor space
Not on a main road
Has street parking or carport as I have a car.

Anyways yeah I’m very reliable, financially stable, and happy to provide references.
