Hey! I’m Eric, originally Taiwanese–South African and currently in Australia. I’m easygoing, respectful, and pretty settled in my routines. I come from a fitness and teaching background and will be starting carpentry studies, so I value structure, early nights during the week, and a calm home to recharge.

I keep shared spaces clean, communicate well, and am considerate of others’ space. I enjoy training, getting outdoors, and winding down with good conversations and tunes.
