Hey, I'm Sam, and I'm in the process of moving to Sydney from the UK and looking for somewhere permanent to live from the beginning of March. I'm an insurance broker and will be working regular hours in the CBD. I intend to spend most of my time outside work exploring the city, going on day-trips at weekends, keeping fit and trying to make friends.

I'm looking for housemates who are respectful of shared spaces, tidy and communicative. Socialising together sometimes would be a positive (in or out), but I also intend to spend a lot of time out of the house so won't be relying on housemates for my whole social circle. I prefer to cook my own food and not share unless we're doing a communal dinner every now and then. No specific dietary requirements.
