Hello, I am Ivan, originally from the Czech Republic, and I’ve arrived in Brisbane on a Working Holiday Visa. I’m planning to settle here for the long term and I am looking for job here but I have mysavings ready, so I’m a very reliable tenant.
I have lived in shared houses before with international flatmates, so I can get along with many people. I’m organized, naturally tidy, and I always make sure the kitchen and common areas are clean after I use them and I participate in general cleaning.
I’m always up for a chat or a shared meal with housemates, but i also value my own downtime and respect everyone's privacy. I’m not a big party person. I prefer a mix of exploring the city, hiking in nature, or enjoying a quiet movie night at home.
I am looking for a room in relaxed house. I don't mind pets. I’m a huge animal lover. I have two dogs back home.
