📍 Hey, I’m Jeffrey! I’m a 23-year-old Canberran domestic student moving here to study my PhD in computer science at USYD.

🛏️ I’m looking for either 1) a room in a share house, 2) a studio, or 3) a vacant 2-bedroom place that my friend and I could live in.

💰 My budget is $250-600 per week and am aiming for a move-in date of roughly early April. I am flexible with the lease length!

🗺️ I’d like to live close to USYD campus, so any places in the surrounding suburbs such as Redfern, Chippendale, Camperdown, Glebe, Newtown etc. or well-connected suburbs nearby are ideal.

I am an easy-going, friendly, clean person who is respectful of other people and their space, and have lived with others in a share house before. I'm looking for a relaxed house where I can both socialise/hang out but also unwind, recharge, and study.

🎾🍿🏃Outside of uni, I enjoy being active (tennis, running, gym), watching sport and movies, attending live music, and cooking. I like exploring new places to eat and having the occasional drink, but also like a chill night in, reading or watching some TV.

I am reliable with rent and bills and don’t smoke.
