We’re Hallie (25) and Luke (23), two young professionals looking for a like-minded housemate to join us in signing on to a 3 bed/2 bath flat.

We both work full-time and lead busy, active lives, but really value a clean, respectful, and easygoing home environment. We’ve been friends for years and enjoy things like hiking, beach trips, grabbing coffee, and the occasional games/wine night or a morning run along the river.

🏡 What we’re looking to do:
We’re currently looking to secure a 3-bedroom place and want to find the right third person to join us from the start. We’re both organised and proactive with inspections/applications, and keen to lock something in with someone on the same page. We have received approvals for a few 3-bedroom listings and are happy to discuss.

📍 Preferred locations:
Inner north / inner north-west Brisbane — ideally Newstead, Newfarm, Lutwyche, Albion, Ascot, Ashgrove, Newmarket, Alderley, Bardon, or similar nearby suburbs. We’re flexible within that pocket for the right place.

💵 Budget:
We’re targeting around $300-400 per week per person depending on room allocations and parking

🥰 Our ideal housemate:
- a woman (or very clean man!), working full time, aged between 23 - 29
- Clean, tidy, and considerate in shared spaces
- Lives a healthy, active lifestyle
- Doesn't have pets or smoke
- Keen to be part of a friendly household
