Hi! I’m Noemi, a 28-year-old Italian currently living and working in Brisbane. I’m clean, respectful, quiet and easy to live with. I work during the week, so I spend most of my time at work or relaxing, and I really appreciate a tidy, peaceful and friendly home.

I’m looking for a room close to Brisbane CBD or within an easy commute, as I work in the city and would like to avoid living too far away.

I’m hoping to find a place where I can feel comfortable and stay long-term if it’s the right fit. I always pay rent on time, respect shared spaces and enjoy living with considerate housemates.

A queen-sized bed (or larger) is essential for me, and having my own bathroom would be a big bonus, although it’s not a requirement.

I also want to be transparent and mention that my boyfriend may visit me occasionally. He doesn’t live with me and wouldn’t be moving in—he would simply come over from time to time to spend time together, always respecting the house rules and everyone’s privacy.
