About me:
I'm moving to Sydney for the next three years to undertake postgraduate research at the University of Sydney. I'm polite, quiet, considerate, and tidy, and I keep fairly regular hours (i.e., I don’t work/party at night). While I'm naturally more introverted, I enjoy staying active, keeping busy, and getting along well with flatmates.

What I'm looking for:
I'm looking for accommodation—an ensuite room in a flat share, a studio, or a granny flat—either close to the University of Sydney or within easy walking distance of public transport, with a commute of no more than 45 minutes to campus. Ideally, I'd like a clean, quiet, and well-maintained home where I can relax, read, and focus on my research and writing.

I'm reliable, easy to live with, and happy to contribute to a positive household environment. :)
