I'm clean, tidy, considerate, and very into health and fitness. I don't smoke, I'm not into big parties, and I appreciate a calm home environment. I enjoy a sociable home where people say hello and occasionally share a chat or meal, while still respecting each other's space.

I’m gone from 9-5, often longer four days a week, usually at home one day and very active at the weekends.

I'm financially secure, reliable with rent, and looking for somewhere to stay while I complete my studies. I'd love to live with people around a similar stage of life who are looking for a genuine, comfortable home. Not open to sharing with a couple.
