I'm Claire, 43, originally from Ireland and now studying music in Sydney.

I'm looking for a friendly, relaxed house share with people who enjoy having their own space but also like living in a home rather than just sharing a building. I'm hoping to find somewhere that feels settled and welcoming.

I'm clean, tidy, considerate, and very into health and fitness. I don't smoke, I'm not into big parties, and I appreciate a calm home environment. I enjoy a sociable home where people say hello and occasionally share a chat or meal, while still respecting each other's space.

I’m gone from 9-5 three days a week, usually at home two days and very active at the weekends.

I'm financially secure, reliable with rent, and looking for somewhere to stay while I complete my studies. I'd love to live with people around a similar stage of life who are looking for a genuine, comfortable home. Not open to sharing with a couple or a single man.
