I'm Matt a 27 year old British lad looking for a furnished room with a desk to rent.
Ideally I'd like to be no more than a 40 minute walk from Southbank or 30 minute tram etc. ( But beggers can't be choosers)
I'm very clean and tidy and I won't be in the flat that often due to working in hospitality.
