ABOUT ME:
I'm a 22-year-old woman and a Kiwi who's lived in Melbourne for the past 3 years, moving to Sydney in January for a grad job. I'm looking for a lease of at least 1 year.
I'll be working full-time in the office and out most weekends (I'm always up for hanging out with housemates too!)
In my free time I draw portraits, hike, explore new suburbs and libraries, and occasionally go to stand-up comedy shows. I'm an ambivert: happy to chat and hang out, and also respectful of everyone's space (happy with a quiet night in).
LIVING TOGETHER:
I like to keep our living space clean and organised, and I'm happy to follow a cleaning roster. I don't smoke, drink, do drugs, or host parties (though I like going to the occasional party, and I don't mind if you drink).
My boyfriend lives in Melbourne and may stay in my room on average 2 nights a month. I'll always give housemates a heads-up.
LOOKING FOR:
1) Move-in: January 2027 (I'm flexible with the dates),
2) Lease length: At least a year,
3) Location: Any suburb within 30 mins by train/light rail to the CBD,
4) Budget: $300-450/week (up to $500 for an ensuite),
5) Prefer a women-majority or queer-friendly household,
6) A proper written agreement, with bond lodged through NSW Fair Trading.
Happy to video call, and fly up to Sydney before January to meet you. Message me if you have a room available from January!
