My name is Maxima, I’m 32 and have just accepted a job in Brisbane and will be moving around the 12th of August.
I’m very clean, always up for a chat and to share a meal or a drink, but I love my own space too. I love cooking, music, being outdoors, reading, traveling.
I’m looking for a room, ideally sharing with no more than 2 other people. I’m flexible on location but it would need to be no more than 40 minutes on public transport to the city. I will also need space to park my car - street parking or garage is fine.
I’m looking for a place for 6-8 months ideally.
I can provide rental ledgers and references if required. My budget is max. $350 per week including bills.
