I'm respectful and considerate; I've enjoyed living in share houses before and gratefully made some amazing friends through them.

I enjoy spending time with housemates watching TV, playing board games, going out for a drink and dance or just general chit chat. As an introvert I often retreat to my own space to recharge also. I love all things health and wellness, psychology, philosophy, with a varied taste in music and art, and my vice is binge watching reality TV 😂

I have a beautiful Maltese Shih Tzu, Bambi, who is 10 years old. She's hypo-allergenic (doesn't shed), toilet trained and sleeps most of the time. She's a little shy at first but gets along great with other people and dogs. My current housemates have made me promise to visit them in future with Bambi 🥰

I'm studying Auslan and starting up a business in hypnotherapy and NLP. I am on the disability pension for a well managed neuro condition that mostly presents as chronic fatigue. It won't require anything from my housemates; I just sleep a fair bit haha. Real estate agents do tend to highly rate a tenant being on the pension in a share house situation because they know its a stable long term income. Bonus perk is I have NDIS funding for a cleaner and gardener if needed. I am capable of keeping on top of a tidy place and like living in a clean, clutter free space. I'm not overly anal, but also don't want to live in a pig sty haha.
