Hi everyone!

I'm Miguel, 38, originally from Colombia and now an Australian citizen. I work full-time as a UI designer for a marketing agency in North Melbourne.

After a long break overseas, I’ll be heading back to Melbourne at the end of September and I am looking for a place to live. Ideally, I’m looking for:

- A private room in a small share house (max 3 people)
- A place to rent on my own
- Someone/people to team up with and apply for a rental together
- An existing share house with a room available

A bit about me:

I've lived in share houses in Melbourne and Adelaide, so I'm an experienced, tidy, respectful, easy-going, and pet-friendly housemate. I enjoy a friendly chat over dinner or coffee when everyone's up for it, while also respecting personal space and downtime. I'm hoping to find a home with people who have a similar balance of being social and considerate.
