Hey there

I moved from QLD in December 2022, so still fairly new to Canberra. Unfortunately, I am looking for a new place to live as my current housemate and I need to break our lease early to accommodate his interstate move. I work full-time in the APS, enjoy getting outdoors, reading and socialising.

I’m friendly, respectful and clean. Ideally looking for a place that feels like a home, with someone/people that are friendly and respectful. Sharing a beverage, a meal or tv binge here and there would be nice. Being new* to Canberra, the occasional recommendation of what’s good to do/see in the area would be very welcome! Or someone to do the occasional thing together, would be great. I have lived in share houses now for over 4 years.

My preference is somewhere in inner-Canberra (Ainslie, Turner, Lyneham, Kingston, Barton/Griffith), with my own bathroom (though happy to compromise for the right house!).

A LGBTQIA+/Queer friendly household is also necessary.

My current lease ends around 16 October 2023 but I am happy to move a little earlier if necessary to secure the right place!
