Greetings wonderful people. My name is Rob, and am excited to be your future housemate. I'm turning 44 in July though many find that hard to believe as I'm quite young at heart and love connecting with people of all ages and walks of life. I'm fortunate enough to run my own dog walking and pet services business which I absolutely love. I'm tending to my army of pooches from 9am to 3pm give or take, and don't typically bring my work home so I don't require a pet friendly living space. My weekends alternate between road trips to scenic walks, social outings and adventures with friends, museums and comedy shows, dancing at music events, the occasional DJ gig here and there, and quietly recharging the social batteries.

As a housemate, I'm empathetic, considerate, social, collaborative, and love spending time with authentic and genuine people while respecting boundaries and needed downtime. I don’t have any preferences around age, gender or sexuality of the people I live with, so long as you’re a kind soul. I don't make a large imprint on the kitchen as I'm not much of a cook, but I do clean up after myself right away after using appliances and dishes. Overall I'm a tidy person who loves for things to have their place and always happy to contribute to cleaning and house chores. My music doesn't require much volume with the exception of now and then when I record a mix, but I'll always communicate appropriately and choose respectful times to do this.

I've been living alone in a one bedroom apartment for the last 3 years, but am now looking to share as I just can't justify the insane expense of my own place right now. I do have plenty of share house experience and happy to provide any references, but my rental payments are never late.

My ideal suburbs are Ascot Vale, Avondale Heights, Braybrook, Brunswick West, Flemington, Footscray, Kensington, Kingsville, Maidstone, Maribyrnong, Moonee Ponds, North Melbourne, Parkville, Seddon, Tottenham, West Footscray, West Melbourne and Yarraville. I'm not looking to spend more than $300p/w but would consider if it's an outstanding pad.
