Hello! I’m Clara, 31, with a French accent 🇫🇷 I’ve been calling Sydney home for the past 12 years and absolutely loving it!

I work full-time in marketing/interior design in North Sydney and can sometimes work from home 1–2 days a week.

I’m tidy, responsible, easygoing, respectful and respect privacy. I’ve been living in sharehouses for years and also have some experience renting on leases.

I’m looking for a lovely place ( not a party one) I can call home with respectful housemates who value privacy and personal space, but are also keen to hang out, share a meal or do fun things together on weekends!

A little more about me: I enjoy having my own space, but I can never say no to a wine & cheese, trivia or movie night! 🍷🧀 I love discovering new restaurants and bars around the city, and I’m definitely an outdoorsy person always up for a hike, camping, pilates, HIIT, tennis, volleyball, trying to learn how to surf 🏄‍♂️

I’m looking for a private room ( If possible not furnished) around $450/week, ideally long-term, from around the end of October.
Location either anywhere around North Sydney area or estern beaches but can be flexible if it's the right place.

Bonus points: I make very good French crêpes and I come with a raclette machine! 🥞🇫🇷🧀
