After a few recent sub-leases, I'm looking to settle into something with the view-to being long term. I'm a 26 year old who works full time, 6 days a week (Tues-Sun). Really chill, and like to keep to myself a lot of the time. Have shared for the past 6 years, and during this time I've really valued the housemates who have been considerate of sharing ammenities, been clean, and have been easy and open with their communication.

One thing about me - I love a deep clean, and have a hack for almost all aspects of house cleaning (have even taught my mum a thing or two (; ). My biggest priority is to be able to come home to a nice space. I hope that my housemates can feel the same.

I think I'd be a great housemate, because I work a lot of the time (rarely at home during the day and I'm always good for rent $$) & as someone who works in the A&D industry - I value a nice feeling home.
