Hi there, Just so you know I'm a very young 43 year old, I'm tidy, easygoing, pay bills on time, don't host wild parties but absolutely don't mind if you do (so happy to go with the general vibe of the house :) I used to do stand-up for about 7 years awhile back and at some point got to represent QLD at the grand final for the annual Triple J Raw comedy competition during the Melbourne Comedy Festival! It's pretty much the "coolest" thing I've ever done, and yeah you can look it up on YouTube... I hate it because it definitely wasn't my best set but it helps with people getting to know me a little faster, which makes looking for a a place to live during a rental crisis a tad easier!

Anyway, at the moment I'm currently receiving sickness benefits until an upcoming surgery that will get me back up and running again. Until then I'll just be continuing with my usual online courses, learning how to trade better plus improving my financial literacy and all that grown up stuff because I still feel like I barely know a thing. So in short, I mostly stick to myself, as well as respect other people's personal space but also happy to go with the flow with a good chat, a glass of wine and a movie or games night whenever. If you need any more info, please let me know :) PS: I only have maybe 4 cigarettes a week if any (sometimes none) and it would be as far away from the house if possible... I even factor in the direction of the wind!
