Hi there, Just fyi I'm a very young and yet somehow mature'ish 45 year old... sorry in advance for the Xennial factor?! I'm real easy going, friendly as hell, clean but nowhere near OCD level (but I can be if it helps :), pay my bills on time and all that, and don't host wild parties but absolutely don't mind if you do - more than happy to go with the general vibe of the house and join in with a coupla beers.

To maybe help break the ice a little and get to know a younger version of me... I did stand-up comedy for about seven years a while back and ended up being the QLD Grand Finalist for the annual Triple J Raw Comedy Fest in 2014... and it was televised, eek, meaning it can be found on YouTube.. for your second hand embarrassment viewing pleasure 🫣 If you type in "Jennifer Burke Comedy" (or something like that) you'll watch an incredibly nervous and slightly robotic sounding younger version of me in a pre-gig interview... I had no idea how to feel alright! 😬

Anyway, I respect my and others' personal space/boundaries but also totally happy to go with the flow with a good chat or a movie and games night etc if that's a thing in the house I land. I'm a bit of a creative, with music and guitar also being in my background (I don't play anymore tho so don't worry about any sound issues) and I kinda love just walking around with headphones on listening to a bunch of stuff... scientific, funny, health-related, and some ever so slightly spiritual podcasts with a hint of quantum physics thrown in. Not that I really understand it lol.

I moved to Flagstone with the fam a few months ago but it's a brand new area and kind of in the middle of nowhere... there's just no jobs out here yet, so I'm looking to move to the Gold Coast or somewhere close, find some more work in that part of town... and commence a Pathology Cert III at Southport TAFE starting in July.
