Hello! My name is Kattia, and I work full time in digital marketing. I'm looking for a room with ensuite or private bathroom (can be flexible) in a shared flat/house (preferably in a 2-bedroom (max 3-bed) or team up to share a place in the inner suburbs. I’m flexible with my move-in date, sometime late Jan or up to 5th Feb 2027 the latest, looking for an initial 6 month lease. I would prefer a place flexible with furniture as I do have my own mattress and desk.

Looking forward to meeting new people and finding lovely flatmates. I don't smoke and drink occasionally, and I'm pretty clean and tidy. I enjoy catching up with friends and am always up for a chat. I also value my downtime and own space, and I’m respectful of others' space as well. I love hiking and playing tennis. I also enjoy other active hobbies and cooking.
