Looking to rent entire property.

Hello! I'm hoping to whole house to rent for 1 to 3 years. I would prefer living somewhere close to a library and within 30min by ptv from Monash University, Clayton (around 10min drive).

I'm a full time student at Monash studying a Bachelors degree in Science. Previously I've lived in a share-house with 6 other people for 5 months. After that I moved into a 2 bedroom house by myself where I was solely responsible for taking care of the house and a gardener took care of the gardens every week. I usually pay rent quite early and always will be on time.

A bit about my lifestyle: I'm majoring in Physics and Maths which is quite content heavy. Due to my workload during the semester I spend most of my time studying at uni, gym and working. During the holidays where I have more spare time I like to work on projects; indulge in my various hobbies and interests; and meet with friends and family (+start preparing for next semester T~T)

I would describe myself as an ambivert, I don't mind a bit of conversation and also enjoy my alone time.
