Hey there!
33 year old working in the insurance sector, looking for something closer to both my office in North Sydney and the city. I usually work 1-2 days a week in the office and the rest of the time I work from home. I ideally would like a room with enough space for a desk and not fussed on furnishings as I do have my own stuff. I have a car but off-street parking isn't essential if there is plenty of street parking available nearby.

In my down time I do enjoy having a drink or two with friends, going to the beach and having the occasional chilled nights in watching Netflix. One of my biggest hobbies is travelling, currently at 39 countries so far and have plenty of travel stories. I also like to socialise with like minded people over drinks/dinner here and there but I also value my personal space as well as others personal space. I've been in a few share houses and know the importance on keeping the place neat and tidy as i have had my fair share of good and bad housemates.
