Looking for someone to team up with me and my dog Asher 😁

About me:
I work 8:30-5 mon-fri in the city and would love to find a place that is under 30mins to the cbd on public transport. I usually spend my weeknights cooking, watching tv, hanging with Asho and my weekends seeing friends/family, gardening, crafting, cleaning. I’m up for a chat most days but also like to spend time alone.

About Asher:
8yr old staffy x lab. She is a rescue and tends to be a bit nervous in unfamiliar situations so might take a little bit to settle in at a new house but is well house trained, doesn’t usually shed and will love you unconditionally. She spends most of the day asleep on the couch until her daily hour of zoomies from 5pm-6pm. I keep her inside with outside access including when no one is home. Unfortunately she doesn’t get along with cats and gets nervous around some dogs so will only suit someone without a pet of their own.

About you:
Must genuinely love dogs and understand and accept what living with a dog is like. Preferably someone who works full time and is also late 20s - 30s. Other than that would really just love to find someone who’s not gonna take the piss lol ie someone who will:
* replace communal things when they run out
* empty bins when they’re full
* vacuum as needed
* empty the dishwasher when it’s clean,
* take turns cleaning the bathroom every few weeks
* pay bills and settle other shared expenses straight away
* keep communal areas tidy
* not attempt to unreasonably restrict or control the use of communal spaces
* exercise reasonable judgment and avoid excessively raising trivial/isolated issues and if necessary calmly communicate issues with a view to finding a solution that works for everyone
* respect other people’s property
