Looking for someone to team up with me and my dog Asher 🐶

I work 8:30-5 mon-fri in the city and would love to find a place that is under 30mins to the cbd on public transport. I am clean and tidy and respect other people’s property and space. I usually spend my weeknights cooking, watching tv, hanging with Asho and my weekends seeing friends/family, gardening, crafting, cleaning. I’m up for a chat most days but also like to spend time alone.

Asher is an 8yr old staffy x lab. She is a rescue and tends to be a bit nervous in unfamiliar situations but is well house trained, doesn’t usually shed and will love you unconditionally. Will really only suit someone who loves dogs. Unfortunately she doesn’t get along with cats and some dogs so will only suit someone without a pet of their own :(

Looking for a housemate who is mature, calm, considerate of others and clean. In particular someone who will:
* keep communal areas tidy
* replace communal things when they run out
* empty bins when they’re full
* vacuum as needed
* empty the dishwasher
* take turns cleaning the bathroom every few weeks
* pay bills and settle other shared expenses straight away
* not start unnecessary conflict or drama
