Hey there potential flatmates, I am looking for a private room with a separate bathroom (Preferably ensuite bathroom) in a female only shared accommodation and in suburbs next to Melbourne CBD for a long term stay. I would need a space that is clean, tidy, and orderly, and I would bring the same qualities with me. I do have a car that will need a parking spot. I don't have pets and I am a non smoker. I am well-organized, professional, and do not party at home. I love my privacy and respect other people choices and privacy too.
