Hey there, I’m 25 (female) and currently studying full time and also working in schools. I play a fair bit of sport in the evenings and on weekends, so I’m looking for a relaxed, social share house vibe by the beach!

I’m easy-going, but I definitely value a tidy and respectful living space. While I enjoy a shared meal or doing things together, I also appreciate having some time to myself. I’m responsible, considerate, and like to keep things chill with flatmates.

I’m LGBTQ+ and non-smoker (vaping is fine). I love dogs, plants, and coffee, and enjoy spending time outdoors and at the beach when I can. I’m flexible with furniture, I can bring my own stuff if needed. I am all about respecting shared spaces and creating a positive, considerate environment.

Ideally looking for a place with 1-4 other people, with a budget around $275-300 including bills.

Open to locations near the beach or coastal areas, and would be happy to move into any share house with good vibes and a relaxed atmosphere.
