Hello fellow stable housing enthusiasts! I'm a 33 year old WFO game developer and tertiary teacher looking for a space I can call home longer term. I'm lgbtqi+ friendly, and neurodiverse accepting. My jobs keep me pretty busy so I do my own thing most of the time, but I'm always up for a friendly chat if we're in the same area. I'm thoroughly sharehouse trained- I've been living with others since I was 26 :)

What I'm looking for:
-A property northside- but not too far!
-Unfurnished medium/large room/granny flat (budget increases for this)
-Preference for blended/non all male households (happy to make exceptions for clean and tidy houses)
-a bit of room for a couple of bicycles
-no existing cats (my boi gets a bit grumpy)
-Not a party house
-A carpark, or reliable street parking

A bit about me:
-Reliably employed
-terrible, but enthusiastic cyclist
-bad gardener (but loves it anyway)
-loves a good doof and general camping
-always in Blender, rendering out another VJ loop
-vegan (7 years) - would like a little space for some of my own kitchen stuff
