Looking for a Rental Property

Hello!
My partner and I are currently looking for a rental property — not a share house, just for two of us.

We are responsible, clean, and quiet tenants, and we work full-time.
Our preferred locations are around city (30 mins to get city by transportation if possible)

We would like a property that includes one parking space.

We are hoping to move around end of March to April, and we are looking to rent for a period of at 12 months.
