Hi, I’m Iman. I’m currently working full-time as a Lecturer in Sydney and looking for a clean, quiet, and comfortable place to live.

I’m respectful, easygoing, and mindful of shared spaces. I usually keep things tidy, clean up after myself, and enjoy a calm home environment. I’m friendly and happy to have a chat, but I also respect privacy and downtime.

I don’t party at home and I’m looking for a place that feels relaxed and well-maintained. I sometimes work from home, so having space for a desk would be helpful. I also have a car, so parking availability is something I’m considering.
