My name is Sandra. I'm from Europe, and I moved to Melbourne last October to do a counselling course. I'm looking for a furnished room in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance from a train station and max. 40 minutes from CBD. I'd like to have my own bathroom if possible, or share with only one person.

I'm a sociable and friendly person, and I enjoy meeting people and good conversations, but I also have a lot on my plate with school, exercise, work, and personal projects, so I value my alone time and privacy as well, and I'm looking for a housemate(s) who can respect that.

Sorry, but I can't share with smokers or dogs. A clean and tidy home is important to me, so if you think that'd be an issue for you, we'll probably not be ideal flatmates.

I love movies and theatre, walks and hikes, good conversations, running, writing, and cycling.

P.S.: Please note that although I'm looking for a home (and would treat any place as such), I'm currently waiting on some work decisions to be made, and therefore, I can only commit to a 1-2 months agreement at the moment. For now, I'm looking for a home from 1 June until the end of July.
