Hey I’m Ash. I work for Vic Gov in the CBD and I'm looking for a vibey place that's under 30 or so mins from work :)

Here’s what you get with me:
- Outdoorsy energy. I’m into frisbee, running, hiking and lots of nature. I've also started growing some basil and coriander and would love to keep it going whether on a balcony or outside.
- Chill, tidy and easy to live with. Audhd so I'm into eclectic stuff and very open and always down to socialise
- A great chef (according to my gf haha). Happy to share meals :) Look up Jacque Pepin - he's my favourite haha

What I’m after:
- A welcoming, clean household with nice housemates who enjoy socialising. I would love to keep the movie nights and dinner with friends that I've been doing once or month or so going, so if that sounds nice to you, we'd be a great fit!
- A private room with natural light. I'm moving from my current place because it's just so noisy given they're demolishing an apartment block next door.
- Long-term stability with leases of 12 months ideally. I'm also happy to split cleaning costs if you'd prefer to have a cleaner
- If y'all have pets or space for a WFH setup, that'd also be great! 🐕🐈 (Note: i don't have any pets atm)
