Hi! I'm Jordan. I'm after a calm, friendly place near UQ from early September, and I'd like to stay long term rather than move again in six months.

I'm pretty easy going. I like a chat and the occasional shared meal or coffee, but I also get that everyone needs their own space to switch off at the end of the day. Not a party person. I'll do my share around the house and I'd rather say something early than let small things build up.

I'll be studying at UQ.

Mostly I'm looking for somewhere that feels like a home instead of just a room with a lock on it. If that sounds like your place, I'd be happy to come say hello properly and see how we get on.
