Couple in Our 30s Looking for a Pet-Friendly Home
Hi, we’re Trin and Terry, a friendly and respectful professional couple in our 30s looking for a pet-friendly place for approximately six months before finding a longer-term home of our own.
We are open to either:
an ensuite room, preferably with a walk-in wardrobe, in a shared house—budget around $350 per week; or
a one- or two-bedroom house or unit—budget up to $800 per week for a two-bedroom property.
We currently have one car, so we require at least one secure or reliable parking space. For a two-bedroom property, we would need the owner’s approval to find and take on another suitable housemate ourselves.
As we will be working around Merrimac, Labrador, Nerang and Surfers Paradise, we are looking in these areas and nearby suburbs such as Robina, Carrara, Worongary, Broadbeach, Bundall, Benowa, Ashmore, Molendinar, Southport, Parkwood, Arundel, Biggera Waters, Main Beach and Mermaid Waters. We would prefer not to live too far south.
I work part-time, mostly remotely, and Terry works around three to four days a week. We are clean, quiet and considerate. We enjoy chatting and sharing cultures and experiences, but we also value personal space and respect the privacy of others.
We have a friendly, well-trained Cavoodle who does not shed and rarely barks. As I mostly work from home, I will usually be home with him during the day.
