32-year-old female student at USYD
Will be on full-time placement Mar-July 27
📍 Location: Ideally within around 30 minutes of USYD by public transport
💰 Budget: Up to $500/week, including all bills (gas, water, electricity, wi-fi)
🛏️ Room: Private room with an ensuite or my own bathroom. A bed and desk are a must.
🏠 Household: Ideally no more than 4 people including myself.
A little about me: I would like to stay for a long term, at least 6 months, and also open to a year since it is my last year doing uni. I will be on full-time placement from March to July, so if you are a professional working 9-5 on weekdays, we will share the same life pattern.
I am easygoing with pretty much everything, but I do have reasonably high standard of cleaning. I honestly don't mind doing a bit more cleaning and tidying than my flatmate(s) cuz doing more housework is less stressful than having unwanted visitors in the house. Multiple years of sharing house experience, and I do think I am a good one. Tidy, regular schedule everyday, easygoing.
Study is a big part of my life at this stage so at home, I will be mostly in my room doing readings and assignments. But still happy to have casual chat with flatmate(s) 😁
