**Seeking accommodation for July move-in**

Hello! 👋
I’m a 40+ professional (APS) recently relocated from Brisbane to Canberra for a new full-time, onsite role. My schedule will be a bit dynamic, with some evening and weekend shifts, so I’ll likely spend the first few months focused on settling into my new position.

I’m a non-smoker, not into the party scene, and prefer a more laid-back, quiet peaceful lifestyle. I value comfort, reliability, and staying committed to my responsibilities. I enjoy creature comforts and appreciate aesthetically pleasing, well-kept spaces.

Outside of work, I like exploring local markets, museums, taking road trips, and hope to discover Canberra’s best walks. I also enjoy unwinding at home, with the occasional outing for a social drink, live music, or dinner, though that’s more of a rare treat these days. I occasionally follow Wallabies, Matildas, and Tennis.

I have a car that I would like onsite parking please. I'll mainly be taking the bus to the Parliamentary Triangle daily, so I need to know its reasonably secure.

I am seeking my own small unit, studio or granny flat. I am tidy, considerate, and respectful. I do have some furniture including a small(ish) L shaped sofa lounge, TV unit, coffee table, and small barista outdoor setting.
