Hello, I am Isla. I’m an international student at UTS looking for a private, furnished room within about 30 minutes to UTS. I value a quiet and clean environment for studying, so I’m not looking for a party house. I usually cook my own meals and enjoy hiking and spending time in nature during my free time.

Move-in date: Mid March
Length of stay: Until July or August
Location: Anywhere within 30 minutes to the city by public transport
Preferred suburbs: Waterloo, Zetland, Mascot, Ashfield, Burwood, Chatswood, Sydenham, Strathfield
Transport: Preferably close to a train station and supermarkets
Room Requirements:
- Single room
- Shared kitchen and bathroom
- Clean and tidy environment
- Kitchen storage space
- Basic furniture (bed, desk, chair, wardrobe) and internet included
- Non-smoker, clean, quiet, no parties
