Hello! I’m a 31-year-old Korean woman currently in Australia on a working holiday visa and will be staying until October this year😆 I work at a cafe in the CBD, so a place within walking distance to a train station would be perfect for me. (I prefer being able to walk to the station rather than taking a bus or driving☺️)
I would prefer a room with smaller windows, as I get cold easily and large windows make the room too chilly.❄️
A little about me:
I’m a quiet, respectful, and very clean person.🧼🧹 I believe that when living in a shared house, it’s important for everyone to keep the space tidy. For example, I always clean up hair after showering, wipe any food splashes after cooking, and clean the microwave or air fryer after using them. I believe these are just basic manners when sharing a home.
I always use earphones when watching YouTube or listening to music. I rarely make phone calls, and when I do, it’s usually with my family for less than 10 minutes and I step outside so I don’t disturb anyone.
I’m also a non-smoker and I’m not really into drinking or partying. I prefer a calm and quiet lifestyle. I don’t have any pets, but I’m completely fine if there are pets in the house.🐾
Since I’m staying in someone else’s home temporarily, I believe it’s even more important to respect the space and keep it clean. I’m someone who really values good manners and cleanliness, and I can assure you that I will be a considerate housemate.
My routine is quite simple. I usually do laundry once a week, take a shower around 8 pm, and my days off are usually Thursday, Friday, or Saturday. I prefer simple Korean meals, so I don’t spend long hours cooking in the kitchen.
Also, I have a two-week notice period at my current place, so the earliest move-in date would be in about two weeks!
I hope my sincerity comes across, and I hope we can have a good connection!☘️
