Hey there!

I’m Ollie, and I’m looking to team up with a couple or 1 or 2 housemates to share a house or townhouse on the Gold Coast, anywhere from Broadbeach down to Cooly or Hope Island. I’m also open to joining an existing household if it’s the right fit.

I’m currently based in Brisbane but making the move to the Gold Coast in mid March. I work as a software engineer for an AI finance tech business.

My schedule is mainly working from home, but I go into the office once or twice a week. Our office is in Burleigh Heads.

Joining me is my incredible Golden Retriever. He’s a quiet, well behaved house dog. Once he gets his morning run in, he sleeps most of the day. He’s usually by my side all day and comes with me when I go into the office.

Outside of work, I gym regularly, surf, downhill mountain bike and take the jetski out to go snorkeling. My main interests are business, tech and extreme sports. I love to cook and don't drink.

Ideally, I’d like to team up with someone or two to lease a place. My budget is around $700 per week but can go up more for a really nice house. I've been looking at houses around the $1,200 to $1,800 price point. I’m looking for a place that includes:

An ensuite bathroom
Bedroom with air conditioning
A second room for an office
Shed or garage for storage
Ideally, a pool or close to the beach

I've got a perfect rental history, never missed a payment, and always got all bond back.
