Hi there, I'm a mature, yet young-spirited soul looking for either a studio/granny flat or to share a roomy household ideally within 6kms of the CBD. I am extremely reliable, organised and tidy with an artistic bent and love of nature.
I work in Toowong (10yrs) and have a volunteer job as well.
I have my own transport, but convenience to public transport is attractive to me as well.
The house where I have lived for over 2 yrs is being sold and so we have to vacate here by June 30. Prior to that I lived in a share house in Milton for 23yrs
I have my own bed and other basic furniture items, but not too much stuff
I have no debts and a stable income, so there will never be a delay in making payment for rent or utilities. I am a non smoker and have no pets
