I'm tidy, quiet, friendly, respectful, and easy-going. I always keep shared spaces clean and organized, and I'm considerate of other people's privacy and daily routines. I rarely drink, don't smoke, and I don't have any pets or children. I also rarely have visitors.

I'm used to being responsible, maintaining a clean environment, and communicating well with others. I always pay rent on time and treat the house as if it were my own.

I'm hoping to find a peaceful home with friendly housemates and build a comfortable living environment together.
