Seeking a sublet or short term room! 🏠

Hello, my name is Calum and I’ve been renting in Melbourne for the last 7 months. I’m looking for a sublet or short term room for the next 3-4 months! Unfortunately, my current property is being sold by the landlord so I’m looking for a new place by the end of March.

My budget is $250 p/w (flexible) and would love to continue living in Fitzroy North but somewhere in the northern or eastern suburbs would be great. Good PTV links would be ideal!

I’ve been living in share houses for the last 10 years so know the drill in terms of sharing a space. I’m easy going, friendly and rate tidy, social but relaxed household. I enjoy running, sports, cooking, reading and the outdoors. I work a couple of different hospitality jobs so keep pretty busy through the week.
